Thank you Celia I have lost  2stone 2lbs now I have lost about 21b a week . I have given all my big clothes away to the charity shops, and have not touched any chocolate , cakes or biscuits , I have started a new job and I feel full of confidence ,my friends cant believe it when they see me saying no to cakes.
